Motivation Advice - Are Your Habits Causing You To Fail?

For many people, the difficult component of a delivery will not be writing it; rather, it's presenting their speech. Especially for beginning public speakers, the prospect of presenting an address for an audience, big or small, is terrifying. Then you have those who persist in continuing dangerous habits, for instance those that perpetuate abuse, for example men who are usually in the habit of bullying others or who physically attack their female counterparts. There can be a certain depth and intensity on their emotional disturbance. The rage they experience is usually a highly charged physical change, wherein the desire to dominate and control is visually exposed for their face reddens, for their nostrils and pupils dilate, so that as they clench their teeth and fists. The dangerous habit of physical abuse would be the response to the abuser attempting to appear powerful and intimidating by suppressing and belittling another individual's feelings of self-worth and independence. This power of control could be the allure that motivates the abuser. They exercise precisely the same habitual pattern of attacking those weaker than themselves, beginning from emotional and verbal abuse, escalating their dominance to a strict powerful expression of physical strength. These individuals, people who be involved in and continue this cycle of violence come in desperate demand for psychological care so that you can break the habit they will have programmed themselves into habitually following in order of life.

In the body of a human, some tissues are just stimulated or triggered by stress. One good example where stress is essential for growth is muscle mass building.
